Used Durr MEGTEC Systems Millennium 8,000 Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer For Sale
This regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) has 8,000 scfm capacity. We replaced the ceramic media in this RTO unit in 2015. The MEGTEC oxidizer is in very good condition. Previously treated emissions from a medical film coating line.
This regenerative thermal oxidizer has a number of features, including the following:
- Design flow rate: 2,000 -8,000 scfm (up to 325° Fahrenheit process temperature)
- 94% effective heat exchanger
- Pre-piped gas train & Maxon Kinemax 3 burner
- Main fan with 75 hp motor and Allen Bradley variable speed drive
- Combustion blower with 3 hp motor
- Fresh air damper with electric actuator
- Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC
- Yokogawa strip chart recorder
- Complete owner’s manual with all mechanical and electrical drawings
